Today’s guest post is by my awesome friend Calley. I don’t remember exactly how I found Calley via this crazy world of social media, but we’ve talked so many times I just call her friend. Her love for adoption and God drew me in right away. She and her husband recently brought home their newest daughter from China, and I can’t wait for you to read her story.
“Be strong and courageous, for you must go with this people into the land that the Lord swore to their ancestors to give them, and you must divide it among them as their inheritance. The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.” Deuteronomy 31: 7-8.
I’m going before you into this land that I am giving you. When you get there, no matter what your expectations may be, I’ve already been there and I knew what was coming. And I will be with you in the middle of it all. In fact, I’ll never leave you.
