The Coming Home Devotional
is based on Psalm 90
“Wherever they went, they were at home, at rest in him.”
– Matthew Henry
From everlasting to everlasting, we can find a home in God as well. The God who is constant and eternal will provide a place for us to be protected and loved.
A physical home can be a beautiful thing. It brings comfort and peace. Sometimes homes are filled with strife and sadness. No matter the state of your physical home, a safe place is waiting for you.
In the next few days, we will see truth about this self-existent, eternal God who promises to be our refuge.
I did an Old Testament word study on “dwell” and found some amazing truths. Our family is preparing for a big move in the next couple of years, so my heart needed these verses, and God’s voice spoke to my weary heart.
My prayer is that we can discover together that our true home is found in God.
The entire BUNDLE is only $9!!!! You get all of this:
I loved the book! The way she tells the story of her early life and marriage and their first child is so true to life. What I really love is the way she ties the moving into different houses with scripture and each chapter is ended with a Bible study that makes it connect to my life. I would recommend this book to anyone that loves the Lord as much as Sarah does.
The Bible study Pack has readings for Love-filled, Battle Fear, Fight Depression, Joy-filled, Hope, Strenghth filled, as well as 41 days of Psalms. The journaling pages really help me to think about what I am reading and how to apply them to my life. There is a 5-minute devotional plus many downloadable tools for Bible journaling. Absolutely awesome.
I just wanted to let you know that the bundle is absolutely great! I love the the pocket truth cards. They are great to laminate and put in different places like my bathroom mirror, the refrigerator, my car, etc. They are also nice to give to friends and family they may need a reminder that they are not alone. The 5 minute devotional is also great for those who are pressed for time. They can do them in the mornings or even on their lunch break.
